Returns and Exchanges

Return Conditions

Please note we do not take returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Items that are returned must be returned in an unused condition, as well as in their original packaging. If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

30 Days to Return

If you are unhappy with your product, or your product is faulty, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product. You must email adorecollectiveau@gmail.com to notify them of your return and provide a reason for your return. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days. Faulty products will be replaced.

NOTE: returns may take a few days to be processed. PayPal can take up to 30 days.
